My in-ABQ move!

Proudly, I can say, I have done the seemingly impossible (only with the help of my sister of course). I have found a decent place to live in the NE Heights (the NE quadrant section of Albuquerque...see map) that both is somewhat affordable AND is letting me have Fraggle and my future puppy!!!!

It is a beautiful townhome in a private community type set up (most of the units are occupied by their owners) in the Eubank and Academy area!

It is close to all things important: Whole Foods Market, Albuquerque Academy (where I run), much closer to the mountains and foothill trails, I have a neighboorhood Starbucks, Ben and Jerrys, and Keva Juice. Good stuff. Lots of safe places to walk a puppy!!!!!

I move in as early as Monday...I work Monday night so I might just take a few boxes over so I feel somewhat productive in the transferring of homes. It will be weird to be living solo again after living with Rae and Dave for the past few months...poor Fraggle will miss his three brothers too Ill bet, especially when a puppy shows up to be his friend :0 Thank goodness we started the Prozac!

My darling friend and dedicated blog reader Liz Waltman will be arriving in the ABQ just in time to help with the move. THANKS LIZ in advance for making my move a fun and hilarious time with lots of good food and sparkly beverages :)

Before the sparkly bevys can begin...the moving tasks are already piling up. Find boxes, sort my stuff out from Rae and Dave's stuff, etc. ugh. Anybody want to do it for me? For free?

Good luck with the move. How are you likely New Mexico so far? I'd rather come help you move then do my patient write-ups. Do you think I can get a note for the teacher?

Can I vote for more sparkly beverages and less moving? Whaddya say?!?! OK, fine, I suppose I can work for my sparkly drinks.
Now, were we going to go over to that CME conference at all? I mean, technically, that's why my work is paying for my plane ticket. Technically.
So excited to see your new place! Your landlord is already in loooooove with you!! :)
Talk to you soon friend!!
